Question: I think i got scamed online shopping help please?

I bought a pair of boxing gloves at mmaoverload.com and i ordered there because it looked like a legit website so before christmas like a week before i ordered some gloves for 130 bucks. its the 1st of February and i still dont have my gloves and i got my bank statement in and my mastercard was charged but i still don't have the product. so i tryed calling them and no answer not even a answering machine i called like 23 times. i also tryed e- mailing them and it wont let me send the e- mail

File a claim with your credit card company. If you think you didn't get what you order, or it never arrived, you don't have to pay for it while the credit card company researches the complaint.
