Question: Can i use debit card as credit card for online shopping?

I want to use my debit card as credit card to Shop Online at Ebay.in. I selected the item that i wanted to purchase Entered my details and when i press pay button, it processes for some time and then a message comes that You have to use another Debit Card! i used UCO bank debit card for this purpose. i have a state bank debit card also but there is neither 3 digit verification pin nor expiry date written on it! Help me!

So long as your debit card has a credit card logo- usually Visa or Mastercard on it, you can use it for online shopping. By affiliating with Visa or Mastercard, your bank allows your debit card to be processed as a credit transaction.
