I pay most of my bills online, and do a lot of online shopping. Whether you get a receipt emailed or not, you get a page that confirms the order. Print that page. I've had a few "you didn't pay " problems over the years, and they've never refused to accept that printout as proof that I did. As far as the exchange policy, email them and ask, so you have their answer in writing. Their policy is whatever they want it to be, there's no way for us to tell you if some company we don't know allows in-store exchanges. |
